Shipping information changed at least twice then absolutely no updates. The seller was friendly when responding but had to wait it out for Etsy refund process. Beautiful products but unlikely to attempt to order again. Seller states her website doesn't have the shipping issues she expects with Etsy.

Hi Kenya! I'm so sorry USPS had issues with your order :( Unfortunately, that's not something I have control of at all. As a seller on Etsy, we are required to use their predefined shipping labels. I use a different shipping label for my website orders (missmossgifts dot com), and haven't had an issue like this. I can also take care of rare issues that arise with orders from my website personally, as opposed to here on Etsy where we have to wait for Etsy Support to take care of the problem (they are *notoriously* slow). It's a big pain :( And all it does is hurt the small shops (like me), because it makes us look bad. When in reality we're waiting on Etsy to step in. It's a bummer.
